Hello, I’m Brittany.

I first came to the field of psychology seeking a greater understanding of human behavior. With a background in environmental studies, my career path initially led me to state politics and then abroad to Madagascar, as I advocated for and helped engineer sustainable development projects. The thread that remained continuous across both hemispheres was people. So how are communities affected by these changing tides, landscapes and the overall transitions of life? One thing became clear. Strength and resilience is rooted in our ability to connect with ourselves and each other. I now approach therapy with a deep understanding that all individual experiences are strongly affected by overall ecosystems, often made up of family, friends, societal expectations and cultural beliefs. My hope is to help you identify, seek and strengthen the connections that empower you.
